Extremely poor customer service and very unorganized - I filled out a form for a telephone bid and spoke with Corin several times about the item. I called this morning promptly to make a change to my phone number and she said that it was handled. They never contacted me for Lot #46 for the Louis XV Style Vernis Martin Pedestal, 20th Century. I was willing to make a VERY substantial bid to win the item.
I will not deal with them again!!!
